PEER Group's Board meets at least once per month except October, November, and December, during the time that our newcomers meeting is going on to conduct the business of the group, and to be able to help with parts of the newcomers orientation. In addition to these meetings PEER Group's Board meets generally at least one other time per month during all months of the year. This meeting is closed to members and guests, as it is an executive session. People wanting to bring matters before the board should contact the board at Board@BDSM-PEERGroup.com with their ideas, questions, or concerns in ample time so that a decision can be made as to the appropriateness for inclusion in the boards meeting agenda. The location of the board meeting is disclosed to all those invited to attend the day before the meeting in an email.
